Here, yoga is more than a practice—it’s an experience. Whether you join us for a sunrise flow by the sea, a grounding session in our open-air jungle shala, or a full retreat, each moment is designed to help you unwind, restore, and recharge.

Koh Kood offers a rare kind of stillness. No crowds, no rush—just nature, simplicity, and space to be. Our classes are welcoming to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and presence.

Morning Meditation

08:30 – 09:00 (Free)

Start your day in stillness and presence. This guided meditation helps calm the mind, deepen your breath, and create a sense of inner balance before moving into your yoga practice.

Suitable for all levels — no experience needed. Just come as you are and enjoy a peaceful beginning to your morning

Morning Yoga Flow (Level 1)

09:00 – 10:15

A gentle and structured flow to start your day. The class begins with a warm-up, followed by sun salutations to build heat and connection with the breath.

You will move through a repeated sequence, allowing the body to learn and develop strength, balance, and confidence over time. The theme of the practice changes each month, keeping the experience fresh while maintaining a familiar flow.

Suitable for beginners and those who enjoy a mindful, steady pace.

Evening Vinyasa Flow (Level 1–2)

16:00 – 17:15

A dynamic and energizing power yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. You will move through a flowing sequence that connects breath and movement, helping you feel strong and grounded.

The class finishes with a long, calm savasana, allowing the body to fully relax and integrate the practice.

Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.

About the Teacher

Chanisa is originally from Thailand and has spent the past 20 years living in Wales and Norway. Her yoga journey began in 2015 when she completed her 200-hour YTT with All Yoga. Since then, she has been teaching for over 10 years, sharing her passion for movement, breath, and connection.

She has extensive experience managing a yoga studio in Norway, giving her a deep understanding of students at all levels. Chanisa has continued her education with a 500-hour YTT, as well as additional trainings in Rocket Yoga (100 hours) and Yin Yoga (50 hours). She also leads retreats and participates in teacher trainings every year, always evolving in her practice and teaching.

Koh Kood has held a special place in her heart since 2018, when she began hosting annual yoga retreats on the island. In October 2026, she brings this vision to life by opening her own studio, creating a welcoming and peaceful space for both locals and visitors.

Her teaching blends Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga, Yin, and Pilates. Classes can be both gentle and powerful, with a focus on making everyone feel included and supported.
