Flere år på rad har jeg vært med Chanisa på yoga-retreat til Koh Kood. Og hver gang har jeg tenkt at dette MÅ flere få oppleve! Vi reiser fra Kjevik, via Amsterdam, og lander i Bankok 16/10 kl 09.00  Herfra kjører vi i privat minibuss til Trat, der vi tar båt videre ut til øya. Her bruker vi dagene på avslapning og variert aktivitet. Setter av en dag til snorkling for de som ønsker. 

Etter 12 netter på Koh Kood, stopper vi i Chantaburi. Dette er en hyggelig by, hvor du kan rusle rundt, og kanskje få shoppet litt.

På Helse-retreat vil du få mulighet til å trekke deg tilbake fra hverdagen her hjemme. Du kan hvile og lade batteriene, og spise næringsrik lokal mat med masse frukt og grønt. I tillegg vil du daglig ha mulighet til å delta på to treningsøkter. Disse vil være varierte, som f.eks styrke med strikk, sirkeltrening, yoga og vanngym. Dette kan bli en restart for din helse.

After 12 nights at Koh Kood, we will stay at Chantaburi for 2 nights, Chanthaburi is a small city in the east part of Thailand. With a low rate of tourists, you will feel like a local.

‘Terms and conditions.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.
• The total price of the retreat is 23 200NOK early bird (Book By 31.03.25) 27900NOK (when you book after 31.03.25)
• We request a deposit of 3000,-NOK to reserve your flight and room when you sign up
• The full payment must be paid by 30.07.2025

*No refund on the deposit or full payment if you change your mind.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport on time. We are not responsible for the delay or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses, or other forms of transport. In case of any cancellation on the flight, we will be rebooked by the airline.
• We reserve the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity. In case of any difficulty or conflict you cause on the trip, we reserve our right to deny you to continue on the retreat. If you are intoxicated during the retreat we reserve our right to deny you to continue on the retreat.
• The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Yoga Retreat Thailand.
• The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities.
• Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek a doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. We are not liable for any damages to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
• We shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents, or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
• Every member of this Yoga retreat must have travel insurance.
• You must inform us of any food allergy or any type of allergy any fear of water, speedboat, or aeroplane before you sign up.
• There may be some photo and video taking during the retreats for following coming treats and the promote Yoga Retreat Thailand please feel free to say upfront if you are not willing to participate.
