Upcoming event:
12-26 October 2026 Koh Kood
Peace of Mind, where every breath feels like coming home.
We will leave behind our routines, my to-do lists, and the familiar rhythm of everyday life to step into something softer, slower, and far more intentional. From 12–26 October 2026, we’ll be traveling to Koh Kood and Chanthaburi for a yoga retreat — two weeks dedicated to movement, meditation, and rediscovering what it feels like to breathe without rushing.
This trip is more than a holiday; it’s a conscious pause. A chance to wake up with the sun, practice under palm trees, listen to the ocean instead of notifications, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that become quiet when life gets loud. We are not going only for the rest, but for reset — to learn, to let go, and to make space for whatever wants to grow next.

Koh Kood Yoga
Welcome to Koh Kood Yoga, a peaceful sanctuary on one of Thailand’s most untouched and beautiful islands. Surrounded by lush jungle, quiet beaches, and the gentle rhythm of the ocean, this is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Here, yoga is more than a practice; it’s an experience. Whether you join us for a sunrise flow by the sea, a grounding session in our open-air jungle shala, or a full retreat, each moment is designed to help you unwind, restore, and recharge.
Koh Kood offers a rare kind of stillness. No crowds, no rush, just nature, simplicity, and space to be. Our classes are welcoming to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and presence.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply renewed.

Yoga Retreat Thailand Oct & Nov 2023
Bangkok, Koh Kood, Chanthaburi
Last year I organized 2 yoga retreats 1 in October and 1 in November month both groups were very amazing. Yoga Retreat Thailand in 2023 was different from the other years when we visited Bangkok a very big capital of Thailand to see the old town and visit the grand palace. The trip is to learn a little bit more about the culture and to see the beauty of the Thai’s grand palace.

The highlight of the trip is not just practicing yoga or pilates twice a day or swimming in the best water on the most beautiful beach at Seafar. We have visited so many amazing restaurants that serve very good food and have also tried so many street foods.

Yoga and Pilates are the heart of Yoga Retreat Thailand. We build the trip for you to enjoy life, see new places, and try to get you into a new routine or encourage you to move and practice self-care and self-love.

We took some day trips to explore around the island, such as seeing a waterfall, taking a snorkling trip at the natural park Koh Rang, and watching the sunset on the luxury boat.

We have to thank Seafar for taking care of us with their warm hearts. Whenever Yoga Retreat Thailand is there, we feel like we are at home, and we enjoy ourselves very much. It was a wonderful experience and a great refuelling journey.
